    When Jonah Hill decided to become a "responsible adult"

    The comedian and player has lost and gained weight many times during his career. One of his biggest body transformations came four years after Superbad was released, at the premiere of 2011's Moneyball, which earned him an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor.

"I was similar... a 22-year-sometime kid, so when I mind to interviews or annihilation from that time, you cringe because most people don't have a snapshot from their most immature, idiotic time in their life... all my friends were in college so I was living similar a frat guy like everyone drinking beer and eating pizza."

    His hush-hush to weight loss

    Hill lost the weight past correcting his unhealthy nutrition, he told ABC News at the time. "I wish at that place was some crazy matter that I did, similar a pill or a genie or something, but I went to see a nutritionist, and he told me what to eat to alter my habits and stuff."

    On his fluctuating weight

    In 2016, he gained dorsum the weight while filming War Dogs aslope Bradley Cooper and Miles Teller. Hill says he packed on the pounds for his function as Efraim Diveroli, the real-life one-time arms dealer whose company was a weapons contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense.

    In 2017, the actor was photographed at a gym in Manhattan. He was spotted jabbing, shadow boxing, and working with a trainer on a few combo moves.     Although Hill has touched on his conditioning routine, he isn't exactly outspoken most it. In a Rolling Stone interview pegged to his 2013 film This Is the Finish, he told the reporter that he rides the elliptical every day. But when pressed for specifics on his workouts, he "stiffened" and said it was of "little relevance," according to the magazine.

    What Jonah Hill eats (and withal drinks!)

    Hill is more than open about his diet. According to Bon Appétit, he's a sushi addict. The Japanese dish tin can be healthy, depending on what you order — i.e., swapping the mayo and tempura for lots of veggies and omega-three-rich fishes, like salmon and tuna.

    Hill says it was only recently that he was able to accept himself.
